The Matrix
Every asset × every venue on one live grid. This page explains each control, block by block.
Page anatomy
The matrix has five working zones. Everything else on the page is derived from them.
Toolbar
The toolbar drives everything below it. SPREAD switches the grid between Funding and Price mode. Search filters by asset. NORM recomputes every cell to a common window — 1H / 4H / 8H / APR. VIEW toggles absolute values or spread against a pinned base venue.
MIN VOL cuts assets under a 24h-volume floor ($1M / $10M / $50M), Venues toggles exchanges in and out, and Sort orders the grid — max funding spread by default. clean resets the lot.
Reading a cell
Each cell is one venue’s live view of the asset: the funding rate with its native interval badge (1h / 4h / 8h), a trend arrow, and the mark price underneath. Buy / Sell chips mark the cheap and rich legs. A dash means the venue has no market for that asset.
Color encodes direction: green pays longs, red pays shorts, intensity tracks magnitude. The scale sits right above the grid.
Max spread & ranking
Max spread is the widest funding gap between any two venues quoting the asset — the best pair that actually exists, not an average. The matrix sorts by it, so the top row is the top opportunity.
Change NORM and the ranking recomputes in the new window; change the venue filter and pairs that used an excluded venue fall out.
Hover any cell
Hovering a cell opens the venue-compare popover: every venue quoting that asset, side by side — funding, interval, price and per-venue 24h volume. It is the fastest way to sanity-check a pair before opening it.
Favorites & markers
Star any asset to keep it in your working set — the Favorites filter shows only starred rows. Markers add a colored tag to rows you are tracking mid-session, so a candidate does not vanish when the ranking reshuffles.
Open the pair
Click any row and the matrix deep-links you into the Spread page with that pair pre-selected: long and short legs, live books, costs at your size. No copy-pasting symbols between screens.
LIVE & freshness
LIVE means the grid is streaming; the clock is UTC. Quotes refresh about every 30 seconds. Venues with stale feeds are flagged, not hidden — and flagged quotes are excluded from reference math in clean mode.
